Mr. Wegman holds B.S. and M.S degrees in Materials Engineering and Metallurgical Engineering from Drexel University and Lehigh University, respectively. He held a number of roles spanning 35 years at Carpenter Technology in R&D, Technology, and Operations management concentrating on the melting of superalloys, stainless, and premium steels. He has a desire to help his clients optimize their understanding and execution of their manufacturing practices to achieve excellence in their performance.
